Consumer Driven was founded to assist consumers with issues that often go unresolved because you just don't know where to turn.

We provide a letter preparation service to address consumer concerns with poor customer service, including letters to stop harassing phone calls from collection agencies.* A big part of our service is conducting the research, if necessary, to determine the appropriate point of contact and to gain some direction in the search for a solution on your behalf.

The idea was implemented as a result of countless personal experiences and conversations about the poor state of customer service.

Our passion for this service is driven by the gross imbalance between what we know to be excellent customer service and the unacceptable experiences we encounter daily, from not being greeted at the point of contact to being treated as if we are getting the product or service free of charge.
